Proposing the Next Generation of Outsourcing

My name is Hirokazu Yokokura, President from JAPANG Outsourcing Services Inc.

I worked for Ernst & Young (EY), one of the biggest international accounting firm (Big 4 firms) and the major outsourcing services firm for 17 years and engaged in Accounting, Finance, Taxes, Payroll and Social insurance outsourcing and consulting for foreign capital entities.

As you know, all entities need various administrative functions, not only accounting and HR but also general affairs and legal registrations etc… to conduct the core business.
However, it is quite hard to look for a well-experienced and bilingual administrative staff. And it might not be cost efficient to engage in Big 4 firm or Major international law firm for all, including routine administrative issues.

In my work experience in this industry, I think that all foreign capital entities need the firm like “Home Doctor” who can provide the routine administrative services and well informed of special issues like USGAAP / IFRS, international taxes and communications with the headquarters etc. bilingually, if Big 4 firms would be the position as “Big Hospital” for serious patients.
